A: ASI Planning has been accredited to complete the following categories of RiskSMART Applications
- New house and house extensions in Demolition Control Precincts
- Subdivisions of less than 6 lots
- Multi Unit Dwellings
- Single Unit Dwellings
- Industry in Industrial Areas
If your applications falls into one of the categories above, call us or complete our on-line questionnaire and we will check to see if we can put your proposal through the RiskSMART process saving you time and money.
A: Your application may have to go through the conventional process. ASI Planning can prepare your application to go through the conventional process whilst still ensuring that it is assessed as quickly as possible.
A: RiskSMART applications are required to be generally compliant – low risk applications. Given that the application will be a low risk application, it is highly likely that your application will be approved. If there are any issues, we will discuss them with you and resolve them to ensure that Council is in a position to approve your application.
A: Under RiskSMART, Council provide a 5 day turnaround on your development applications. These 5 days start at the end of any public notification if it is required.
A: Council reduce their application fees by 30% for RiskSMART Applications. Our fees for RiskSMART applications are fixed and we can provide a personalized fee proposal specific for your job. Our Fees for RiskSMART application are fixed fees. We do not aim to be the cheapest firm but our client say we provide the highest value for money.
A: We will check the conditions of the approval to ensure that they are reasonable. We will then advise you of your next steps and if need be, introduce you to the next professionals you require for your development journey.
